When the breath is irregular, the mind tends to be unstable; in contrast, a harmonious breath promotes calmness and mental clarity. To be able to govern the mind, one must first learn to regulate the breath.

Below, I present the main pranayamas that we practice in class, along with their benefits. All of them help improve cardiorespiratory health, optimize digestion, and promote better distribution of energy throughout the body.
